VILLA MIRALDA in SANTA GERTRUDIS AREA
Villa Miralda is a luxury villa with its fantastic infinity pool and tennis court. It is located in a hilltop location within 5kms drive of the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis with terrific views down over Ibiza 14kms away and towards the bay of San Antonio. The road is only partially tarmacadamed to the hilltop location.
The property has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 but an additional independent apartment with bathroom is available at a supplement for a further two guests to take the maximum to 8.
The property has partial air - conditioning fitted, air con is fitted to the 3 bedrooms in the main house, a/c typical usage is included in the rental price, excessive use of air-conditioning will be charged separately if required i.e. keep the doors & windows closed to work efficiently.
