This beautiful house recently just built in 2015 is located in one of the mountains of the privileged area of Es Cubells, enjoying breathtaking and incomparable sea views, views to Salinas, even get to see the old town Dalt Vila.
It has a living-dining room with large windows to enjoy the sea view and opening onto a terrace with table and chairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A Vitro ceramic, fully equipped kitchen which opens to the living room. It also has a laundry room and store room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the pool area which has table and chairs, deck chairs, parasol, chill-out shed, outside shower.
From every corner of the house you can enjoy beautiful views to the nearby valleys and incredible sea views.
