Lovely villa with amazing views of the southern coast of the island, the sea and the islands of Formentera and Espalmador.
Situated on a plot of 6000m2, completely secure. In a quiet area of the Island close to Ses Boques, Es Torrent, Xarcu, Porroig, Yundal Cala, Cala D'Hort, Cala carbo. There is a Supermarket 1000m and it is only 700m from the village of Es Cubells. Ibiza town is 15 km and the airport 10 km.

Main house: Living room with fireplace and panoramic views has a TV and DVD (International and French channels). It has access to an outside covered terrace with seating and dining area. The well equipped kitchen opens on to the dining and living room.
There is a double bedroom with twin beds 80x200, possible to made a double and a double bedroom with double bed 160x200. 1 bathroom with bath.
Outside there are 2 further, connecting,double bedrooms on the ground floor, with a shower in each bedroom. They are accessed through the terraces.
Outside: There is a pool with sunbeds, a barbecue area and a ping pong table. Off road parking.

- Security deposit on the villa. 7 days prior to your arrival, we require credit card details to be used for any charges, this is authorised prior to your arrival at the home and refunded after your departure, if there is no damage.
- Any damage costs will be detailed and agreed before being charged. The amount held for this villa is 1500 euros.
- In 2016 the Balearic Government introduced an Eco Tax of 2.20 Euros per person per night for anyone 16 and over. This will be calculated and charged with your final payment.
