The terrific 5 bedroom villa Casa Verano, with private pool was once the home of the Mayor of San Jose with parts of the house dating back over 450 years. This property has been beautifully restored to a high standard and now boasts 5 bathrooms. Located just a minute’s walk from the pretty village of San Jose about 6 miles from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes by car to many of Ibiza's most beautiful bays and beaches.
The property has partial air - conditioning fitted, air con fitted in two bedrooms, a/c typical usage is included in the rental price, excessive use of air-conditioning will be charged separately if required i.e. keep the doors & windows closed to work efficiently.
