Located just a minute’s walk from the pretty village of San Jose about 6 miles from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes by car to many of Ibiza's most beautiful bays and beaches.
The property has partial air - conditioning fitted, air con fitted in two bedrooms, a/c typical usage is included in the rental price, excessive use of air-conditioning will be charged separately if required i.e. keep the doors & windows closed to work efficiently.
